Where do I go to get my webmail?
I can't forward or reply to my
messages. What happened?
How can I access my Outlook/Exchange account
off-campus?
How can I use WebMail to access my faculty/staff
POP account?
Can I add a custom signature to my outgoing mails in
webmail?
When people reply to my messages, the message bounces.
Why?
Can I set an "Out of Office" reply in WebMail?
Can I use the same address book I use at work?
Can I forward my POP mail to another account using webmail?
There are several kinds of Webmail. Where you go to get your email depends on what sort of email you are trying to access.

1. You have XP and Service Pack 2 (this may have happened automatically). To set Internet Explorer to allow you to forward/reply to emails click here.
2. You have another type of popup blocker, such as Google toolbar, Yahoo toolbar, etc. Settings vary with the type of popup blocker, so you may need to either consult technical support for that popup blocker or disable it. If you have Service Pack 2 (and you should), you do not need another sort of popup blocker. The presence of a toolbar that you didn't choose to install may indicate the presence of potentially malicious programs on your system. However, some commonly used programs are now installing Yahoo Toolbar or Google Toolbar and/or Google Desktop along with their programs unless you specify otherwise (e.g. Acrobat Reader and Flash Player). While annoying, this is not a malicious attack. Please see our spyware page (click here) for more information about spyware and other sorts of malware.
