Prospective doctoral students must complete applications for both the TAMU-C Graduate School and the Department of Counseling. Applications are evaluated on the bases of graduate GPA, GRE (V+Q), recommendations, professional work experience, an interview, compatibility of applicants' and departmental goals, master's level coursework, and a writing sample. Applications are reviewed each Spring for August (Fall) admission.
