Membership
New Members:
Membership in Chi Sigma Iota is by Epsilon Tau chapter invitation to both students and graduates of the Texas A&M University-Commerce counseling program. Students must have completed at least one semester of full-time graduate coursework (12 credit hours), have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or better, and be recommended for membership in CSI International by Epsilon Tau.
Individuals receiving a letter of invitation to membership from Epsilon Tau may complete the National application at Chi Sigma Iota’s website at www.csi-net.org, and complete the Local Epsilon Tau Application and return it along with their local dues payment to Epsilon Tau.
National Dues of $35 for CSI membership can be made by check or credit card when filling out the national application and the local dues of $15 is payable to Chi Sigma Iota-Epsilon Tau Chapter by check or cash.
Membership application verification is completed by the Chapter Faculty Advisor before students are verified and inducted as members.
Member invitees may drop off their local dues and applications at either the department of counseling office in Commerce or Mesquite or they may mail in their applications and checks to:

Renewals:
Renewing members must complete their local and national membership applications annually, unless they are life time members.
