Academic Departments
The thirteen departments in the College of Arts & Sciences encompass a broad range of academic disciplines. The departments, the figurative heart of the College, supply not only the core of the educational experience for the entire University's undergraduate student body, but also specialized degree programs in each discipline guiding undergraduate students to productive careers. In addition most departments provide graduate programs for further specialized work in the various disciplines.
