MISSION

• To aid in the Texas A&M University-Commerce community and other organizations in the implementation of Strategic Management, Continuous Process Improvement, Leadership Development, and Safety Management

• To provide technical assistance, training, and educational activities for individuals or organizations interested in professional development or organizational improvement; and

• To team with others in response to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Bids, Program Solicitations, Memorandums of Understanding, Interagency Agreements, or contracts within the mission of the Center.

The Center promotes the concept of global competitiveness as it provides a multidisciplinary approach to customer satisfaction through long-term commitments to improvements in quality, productivity, and employee satisfaction as organizational strategies.  Center customers learn how to function as process owners and world class competitors as they make commitments to performance excellence through improvements in safety, quality, speed, on-time delivery, costs and other such baselines.
