National Association of Colleges and Employers The National Association of Colleges and Employers is the national association for the career planning, placement, and recruitment field (for other than public school teaching). NACE serves professionals by providing information, publications, statistical data, training programs and opportunities for effective networking. The membership, both college and employer practitioners, is over 6,700. Additional information on NACE is available through NACEWEB. Southern Association of Colleges and Employers The Southern Association of Colleges and Employers--one of NACE's regional associations-is made up of over 500 members from colleges and employers primarily from the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Kansas.
