On-campus Recruiting

We will gladly schedule an on-campus recruiting visit for you during the Fall and Spring semesters, giving you an opportunity to interview candidates who meet the basic requirements of positions you're trying to fill.

• Just contact our office -- preferably six weeks ahead of your planned visit -- and we'll schedule a date at your convenience.

• We'll follow up with a pre-visit questionnaire, asking that you describe the position(s) you're interviewing for and list the qualifications you expect candidates to meet.

• We'll then advertise your visit, schedule appointments for you, and provide you with copies of the candidates' resumes and transcripts when you arrive on campus.

If you are able to attend our Job Fairs--prior to holding interviews--students are more likely to seek opportunities to schedule interview appointments with you.  Your earlier presence on campus helps build your  image and visibility, and begins the process of developing a relationship with potential candidates.
