Since it was founded in 1889, Texas A&M University-Commerce has prided itself on being accessible to anyone seeking a first-rate education. The value of a degree from A&M-Commerce has increased exponentially over the years, but so has the cost.
Public funding is no longer enough to sustain the university’s programs and facilities, especially at a time when this university intends to remain affordable for our students. That’s why we must increasingly rely on generous private support from former students, friends, corporations and foundations.
This $50 million campaign is the first of this magnitude in the history of A&M-Commerce. Phase I of the campaign funded a new Science and Technology Center while Phase II will fund student scholarships and awards, assistantships, faculty chairs and professorships, as well as provide innovative opportunities for leading edge programs and research.
Thank you for helping us to advance knowledge, inspire students, shape the present and discover the future.
