Guidelines for Submission of Funding Requests for Student Researchers
Fiscal Year 2008
The purpose of these funds is to assist undergraduate students to work towards completion of an independent project or to work in collaboration with a faculty member on a project that will result in dissemination either through publication or presentation in peer-reviewed outlets.
To receive funding:
- Student must be undergraduate and under the supervision of a faculty mentor.
- Department must match the college contribution one for one.
- Student will submit a one-page proposal that includes name of faculty mentor, goals, timeline, and possible outlets for dissemination.
